A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Care Specialist to join a small, growing home care provider in Bournemouth. This is an ideal opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional who wants to develop their career, take on greater responsibility and work within a supportive team where their contribution genuinely matters. Initially, the role will be approximately 80% field-based and 20% office-based.

You will provide care to clients, carry out visits and support the wider care team, while gradually developing your knowledge of the business and taking on more office-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Carrying out care visits and monitoring service quality
  • Supporting and overseeing care staff
  • Assisting with assessments and care plan reviews
