Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting client assessments, reviews, and care plan updates
- Carrying out spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments for care staff
- Supporting the onboarding and ongoing training of new carers
- Ensuring care is delivered in line with CQC standards and company policies
- Responding to client queries and resolving any concerns in a timely manner
- Assisting with care staff rotas and ensuring continuity of care
- Participating in a shared on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support
Requirements:
- Previous experience within domiciliary (home) care
- Experience in a supervisory or senior care role is desirable
- Strong knowledge of care standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
