We’re recruiting a PBS Practitioner on behalf of a reputable charity trust that supports vulnerable young people and adults (16+) with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. This is a genuinely rewarding role where you’ll use Positive Behaviour Support to help people stay in their communities, reduce crisis placements, and build skills for long-term independence. You’ll work closely with individuals, families, carers and professionals to create meaningful, lasting change.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting young people or adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • A values-led, person-centred approach
  • Full UK manual driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to travel across the local area
  • Previous experience using PBS techniques are essential.
  • PBS qualification / course - desirable
