Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEN
- Provide individualised support and guidance to students, promoting their academic and personal development
- Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to create comprehensive support plans for students with SEN
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and development, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification in SEN education
- Previous experience working with students with SEN in a Secondary school setting
- Strong understanding of different SEN conditions and effective strategies for supporting students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers
- Dedication to promoting inclusion and equality in education
