Care First Recruitment is proud to partner with a brand-new residential home specializing in providing care for children and young adults aged 5 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). We’re looking for dedicated Children Support Workers to join this amazing team from the very start.
Role Details:- Shifts: 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am, 3 shifts per week
- Location: Bexley Heath
- Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Rate of Pay: £12.50 to £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
In this role, you will be guiding and supporting young people in their everyday lives, helping them make healthy life choices and providing a positive role model. You’ll play a key part in empowering them to choose the right path and overcome their challenges. No personal care is required.
What We’re Looking For:- Experience in residential children’s support work, particularly with challenging behaviour (EBD and PBS)
- Psychology graduates or candidates with NVQ in Children’s Care, Learning and Development Level 3 or 4 are ideal
- Don’t have the required qualifications? Don’t worry – our client will provide full training and support
