The Role

As Registered Care Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the home. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the service remains fully compliant and inspection-ready.
• Leading, developing, and inspiring the staff team.
• Promoting outstanding outcomes for residents.
• Managing budgets and operational performance.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with residents, families, professionals, and local stakeholders.
• Driving continuous improvement across quality, compliance, and care delivery.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Registered Care Home Manager who:

• Possesses strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
