We are recruiting for Full-Time Care Assistants to join a warm, friendly and well-established elderly care home in the Bexhill-on-Sea area. What You'll Be Doing as a Care Assistant:
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks
- Assisting with mobility and independence
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Supporting meal times and hydration
- Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities
- Promoting dignity, choice and respect at all times
Shifts Available:
- 08:00 – 20:00
- 08:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 20:00
Care Assistant Pay & Benefits:
- £13.75 per hour weekdays
- £14.75 per hour weekends
- 168 hours annual leave (full-time employees)
