I’m recruiting on behalf of a nursery in Basingstoke, for a passionate and caring Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team.
You’ll be working hard to care for, support, and nurture children — sharing stories, encouraging learning through play, and creating a safe, happy environment where every child can thrive.
Essential Requirement
- Level 2 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
What you’ll be doing
- Promote high standards of care, learning, and development within the nursery
- Support children’s individual needs in line with the EYFS
- Build positive, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Follow key person/key carer procedures and contribute to observations and planning
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are always upheld
- Support the wider team to deliver consistent, high-quality provision
