Locations: Walmer | Ashford | Tonbridge |Medway
Rate: £13.90 per hour
The Role
As a Care & Support Worker, you will help individuals maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life by providing compassionate, person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and day-to-day support
- Supporting individuals with their daily routines and activities
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Supporting individuals within care and supported living environments
- Communicating effectively with service users, families and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
- Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
- We Are Looking For
- Previous care or support work experience is desirable
- Caring, patient and compassionate attitude
- Reliable and responsible
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to providing person-centred care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
