A Rare Leadership Opportunity | Low Secure Children’s Residential Home
We are working on behalf of a private healthcare provider launching a new, purpose-built Low Secure Children’s Residential Home in East Yorkshire. This is a flagship development and a genuinely rare opportunity to take full leadership of a high-specification service from inception through to full operation.
Location: East Yorkshire
Salary: £70,000 – £140,000 Profit Share Bonus (DOE)
The home is currently undergoing a premium refurbishment, due to complete within the next 3–4 months, and will comprise 12 luxury en-suite bedrooms, therapeutic spaces, and landscaped grounds designed to support outstanding clinical and residential outcomes.
We are seeking a high-calibre Registered Manager to lead this service, set strategic direction, and deliver exceptional care, compliance, and commercial performance.
The Registered Manager Role
This is a senior, influential leadership position with full responsibility for:
- Leading the registration, mobilisation, and launch of a Low Secure children’s service
- Developing and implementing robust, Ofsted-compliant policies and procedures
- Recruiting, training, and leading a full multidisciplinary team
- Delivering a therapeutic, safe, and outcomes-focused service aimed at Good / Outstanding Ofsted ratings
- Acting as the senior point of contact for Local Authorities and Children’s Services
- Managing budgets, occupancy, and overall commercial performance of the provision
