The home is a luxury residential and nursing care home. The home provides exceptional care in a welcoming environment and is recognised for delivering high standards of resident wellbeing, hospitality and person-centred support.
The Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely and with dignity.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support
- Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
- Building meaningful relationships with residents
- Supporting residents with dementia and nursing needs
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, nurses and families
- Promoting independence, choice and dignity at all times
What We're Looking For in a Care Assistant
We are keen to speak with:
- Support Workers looking to move into elderly care
- Individuals with transferable customer-facing or support experience
- People new to care who possess the right values and attitude
