Role: Do you have a caring nature and want to make a difference in your local community? Were looking for Passenger Assistants to support children and adults with additional needs on their journeys to and from school or day centres. Accompany passengers on minibuses and accessible vehicles Ensure safety and comfort throughout the journey Offer support with boarding, seatbelts, and mobility aids Communicate effectively with families, schools, and drivers D1 Minibus Driver Role: Are you a qualified driver with a D1 licence looking for a rewarding role? Were seeking responsible and friendly Minibus Drivers to provide safe transport for children or vulnerable adults in and around the Sandy area. Drive accessible minibuses on scheduled routes Carry out daily vehicle safety checks Work closely with Passenger Assistants to ensure smooth, safe journeys Be a dependable face of the service to passengers and families What You Need: A calm, patient and reliable approach Good communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience with children or vulnerable adults is a plus
