Are you a Registered Nurse or Midwife looking to specialise in Fertility/IVF and enhance your career? If you join Care Fertility, you’ll be trained to become a Registered Practitioner in Fertility Care. We offer clinical opportunities in theatre, ward and clinic as a Registered Practitioner in Fertility Care. You will join a passionate team that strives to provide a world‑class service to our patients on their journey to family building. Patient experience is a priority, and we ensure each patient receives the greatest care and support.
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform venepuncture, interpret and give blood results when necessary (training will be provided).
- Conduct basic patient assessments, venepuncture and pre‑treatment consultations.
- Assist in theatre procedures, including egg collection, embryo transfer, IUI and hy‑co‑sy.
- Prepare theatre and ward areas, and maintain resuscitation trolley.
We are committed to our nursing/midwifery teams and share best practice across the Care group. Monthly journal clubs and support for training and conferences are provided. Many nurses progress to Advanced Nurse Practitioner roles, and opportunities to learn ultrasound scanning and prescribing may arise.
About You:

Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualification in adult nursing (degree/diploma) or midwifery, and current NMC registration.
- Post‑registration experience in an acute hospital setting (newly qualified should outline experience).
- Desirable experience in gynaecology/obstetrics, theatre, venepuncture and ultrasound scanning.
Location and Benefits:
This is a 37.5‑hour full‑time role, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on rota, based at Care Fertility Woking, 5 Hill View Road, Woking, GU22 7HW.
Salary: £35,200 – £39,270 FTE per annum (inclusive of high‑cost area weighting).
33 days annual leave (including public holidays). Pension scheme. Life assurance. Other benefits including retail discounts, a wellbeing hub and holiday trading.
