Main duties of the job
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey from answering queries to offering reassurance and emotional support when it matters most.
- Assisting consultations by taking vital signs such as height, weight, and blood pressure.
- Preparing procedure rooms, assisting with treatments, and chaperoning consultants during ultrasounds and other procedures.
- Maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring data is entered correctly and securely.
- Collaborating with the clinical team to provide a seamless, supportive, and positive patient experience.
- Developing your skills through training in cannulation and theatre assistance to advance your healthcare career.

As a HCA at Care Fertility, you will assist the team of registered nurses and midwives and the broader multi-disciplinary team in supporting the coordination of treatment cycles and providing our patients with the best possible treatment experience and as a team giving each patient the very best chance of success.
