We are looking for a Patient Services Executive to join our team for a 12-month position, working 37.5 hours a week. In this vital admin-based role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive compassionate, expert, and seamless care throughout their fertility journey. You will also work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- NHS background is highly desirable, especially with the use of NHS systems and processes (2 years experience desirable).
- Strong administrative skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to show empathy and compassion in every interaction.
- A proactive and supportive approach, with a focus on delivering excellent patient care.

- Location: Care Fertility Bath, Bath business Park, Roman Way, Peasedown St John, Bath BA2 8SG
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 8am – 6pm depending on shift (with some weekend work on a rota basis)
