We are looking for a dedicated Patient Services Executive to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive compassionate, expert, and seamless care throughout their fertility journey. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values of compassion, collaboration, and expertise.

You must have experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting. It is essential that you have strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate a high level of compassion in every interaction, as well as the ability to provide a service rooted in expertise and attention to detail with a strong focus on patient experience and satisfaction.

Location: Seacroft Hospital, York Rd, Seacroft, Leeds LS14 6UH.

Hours: 7.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday (some weekend working 7.30am – 3.30pm on a rota basis).

DBS check: This post is subject to a DBS check.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing compassionate, expert, and seamless care.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of compassion in all interactions.
