Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey
  • Deliver care that is compassionate, seamless, and expert
  • Work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values

Qualifications

  • Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role (ideally within healthcare)
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to show genuine compassion in every interaction
  • A detail-focused approach with a strong commitment to patient experience and satisfaction

Location & Working Hours

We\’re based at Care Fertility Tunbridge Wells, Amberley House, 9 Queen\’s Rd, Tunbridge Wells TN4 9LL. You will work between 8am – 6pm Monday to Saturday.
