We are looking for two dedicated Patient Services Executive's to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive compassionate, expert, and seamless care throughout their fertility journey. As part of a collaborative environment, you will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values of compassion, collaboration, and expertise.
You must have experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting. It is essential that you have strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate a high level of compassion in every interaction, as well as the ability to provide a service rooted in expertise and attention to detail with a strong focus on patient experience and satisfaction.

Location: This role can either be based in person at our Birmingham clinic (27 Highfield Road, B15 3DP) or our Tamworth Clinic (Ventura Park Road, B78 3HL). Please note that you may occasionally need to work at either location to provide absence cover. Working between 08:00-18:00, Mon-Fri (we do some Saturday working on a rota basis).
