As a Patient Services Executive, you’re an ambassador for Care Fertility in all of your interactions, whether it’s meeting and greeting patients as they arrive at the clinic, or answering the phone to respond to enquiries. Delivering first-class service to everybody is second nature to you; you’re friendly, passionate and positive. You deliver a memorable experience for all our patients.

You have great attention to detail and you demonstrate this when you’re registering new patients or inputting their data on our systems – everything is done accurately. It’s essential that you’ve got outstanding customer service skills and you’ve worked in a reception/front of house role with high value customers. Your communication skills are exemplary; you’re polite, courteous and helpful to patients at all times.

Location: We currently have a Full Time position available, working Monday - Friday between 08:00-18:00, with Saturdays on a rota basis, based at our Plymouth clinic (William Prance Road, Plymouth, PL6 5WR).
