Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey
  • Deliver care that is compassionate, seamless, and expert
  • Work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values

Location & Details

Based at Care Fertility Birmingham, 27 Highfield Rd, Birmingham B15 3DP.

Part-time position, 28.5 hours per week. Working pattern: 7.30am–6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend work on a rota basis).
