Care Fertility is looking for an experienced Nursing & Clinical Professionals Manager to lead our nursing, midwifery and clinical professional teams at our Cardiff Clinic. We welcome applications from women’s health nursing and midwifery backgrounds with additional experience in assisted reproduction. This is a unique opportunity to take a senior leadership role working closely with the Clinic Director and Medical Director to deliver exceptional patient care, drive quality improvement and shape the future of clinical services in a dynamic, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

- Ensure compliance & safety: maintain regulatory standards, manage risk and oversee clinical governance
- Deliver exceptional patient experience: monitor feedback, drive service improvements and ensure a safe welcoming environment
- Clinical involvement: participate in outpatient and day‑case duties providing hands‑on support where required
