About the Role

Join Our Team as a New Patient Sales Team Member – Fertility. You’ll be the welcoming voice and first point of contact for people considering treatment. From the very first enquiry through to booking their consultation, you’ll offer guidance, reassurance, and clear information—helping people feel supported and confident every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answering enquiries via phone, email, and chat with warmth and empathy
  • Explaining treatment options, pricing, and next steps clearly and supportively
  • Following up with prospective patients in a thoughtful, tailored way—helping them choose Care Fertility as their clinic of choice
  • Collaborating closely with our clinical and admin teams
  • Representing Care Fertility at occasional outreach events and webinars
  • Achieving (and celebrating!) realistic booking and conversion goals

About You

  • You’ll enjoy this role if you:
  • Have Experience In IVF Or a Fertility-related Company
  • Bring a warm, professional, and empathetic approach
  • Are a confident communicator who’s great at following up
  • Are organised, detail-focused, and tech-savvy (CRM/booking systems)
  • Have a track record of meeting or exceeding goals

Working Pattern & Location

  • Hours: 8am–6pm Monday–Friday, plus approx. 1 in 4 Saturdays (8am–4pm)
  • Please note you’ll need to attend our Manchester clinic (108–112 Daisy Bank Road, M14 5QH) for your first four weeks of induction.
