We’re delighted to share an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced colleague to join Care Fertility London as Deputy Nursing and Clinical Professionals Manager on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.

About The Role
As Deputy Nursing and Clinical Professionals Manager, you will support the day-to-day leadership, coordination and development of the nursing and clinical professional teams.
You will also deputise in the Manager's absence and act as a key member of the clinic leadership team.
- Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting the operational management of clinical areas, including theatre and recovery.
- Supporting staffing, rota planning and workforce management.
- Providing line management support, including appraisals, coaching and development.
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centred clinical care and supporting treatment journeys.
- Supporting governance, audit, compliance and regulatory standards (HFEA, CQC and NMC).
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to service development.
- Supporting patient communication, education and emotional care throughout treatment.
- Mentoring and developing colleagues to achieve their full potential.
About You
- Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife with current NMC registration.
- Experienced clinical professional with strong leadership or supervisory experience.
- Knowledgeable in clinical governance, quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Confident in managing teams, driving performance and supporting development.
- Compassionate, resilient and an excellent communicator.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife with current NMC registration.
- Significant post-registration clinical experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, organisational and relationship‑building skills.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
