Overview
Customer Services Advisor / Receptionist at Care Fertility. You are an ambassador for Care Fertility in all interactions, including meeting and greeting patients and answering enquiries by phone. You deliver first-class service with friendly, positive, and professional attitude, creating a memorable experience for patients.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients at the clinic and respond to enquiries by phone or in person with outstanding customer service.
- Register new patients and input data accurately into our systems with strong attention to detail.
- Provide polite, courteous, and helpful service to patients at all times, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Work at the reception/front of house to support high-value customers and ensure smooth patient flow.
Location and Schedule
Location: Plymouth clinic (William Prance Road, Plymouth, PL6 5WR).
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday 08:00–18:00, Saturdays on a rota basis.
