Clinical Scientist (Embryology)

We’re looking for a Clinical Scientist to join our expert team at Care Cardiff. You’ll perform a wide range of embryology duties—including ICSI and embryo biopsy—while playing a key role in delivering exceptional care and outcomes for our patients.

Working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment, you’ll help coordinate treatment cycles, maintain clinical records, and support ongoing research and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing routine embryology tasks (e.g., sperm prep, embryo transfer, cryopreservation, ICSI, biopsy)

Maintaining accurate and confidential patient data

Ensuring adherence to SOPs, HFEA Code of Practice, and lab safety standards

Contributing to research, audits, and quality improvement
