About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Patient Services Manager to lead our front‑of‑house and administration teams across our Birmingham and Tamworth clinics. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose‑led organisation where patient care is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high‑quality patient experience while driving operational excellence across both sites. Working closely with the Clinic Director and senior leadership team, you’ll lead day‑to‑day operations, enhance service delivery, and support continuous improvement initiatives, all while embodying Care Fertility’s values of Compassion, Collaboration and Expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and inspiring Reception and Administration teams across two clinic locations
  • Ensuring a smooth, efficient, and patient‑focused service from first contact through to treatment
  • Managing workloads, rotas, and resources to optimise team performance
  • Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency
  • Supporting clinic operations, including appointment scheduling and patient communications
  • Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations (including HFEA and GDPR)
  • Working collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to enhance the patient journey
  • Fostering a positive, supportive team culture focused on development and continuous improvement

About You

  • Proven experience managing customer‑facing or administrative teams
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working to KPIs or service delivery targets
  • Confidence working across multiple sites and collaborating with wider teams
