At Care Fertility Leeds, we are looking for an exceptional embryologist to join us as a Laboratory Manager at the largest clinic in the Care Fertility Group. This is a chance to lead a highly skilled team, shape the future of fertility care, and be part of something truly meaningful.

What you'll be doing:

  • As Lab Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of our embryology services, from managing and co-ordinating your team's workload to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Most importantly, you'll help us deliver exceptional patient care, every single day.
  • You'll lead by example calmly, confidently, and competently even under pressure.
  • Your role won't just be about overseeing the lab; you'll also support with complex cases, support patients, and provide guidance when it really counts.

  • A senior HCPC-registered embryologist, ideally with experience as a Lab Manager.

Location/Benefits:

  • This is a full-time role across 5 days per week, including some weekend sessions based at Care Fertility Leeds, Seacroft Hospital, York Rd, Seacroft, Leeds LS14 6UH.
  • Salary of up to £71,050.00 per annum (depending on experience).
  • 33 Days' annual leave (inc. public holidays).
