About the Role
As Clinic Director, you will take full accountability for the operational, financial, and clinical performance of the Woking clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality patient care
- Own clinic performance, including P&L, budgets, and KPI delivery
- Drive operational efficiency, workforce planning, and resource management
- Lead, coach, and develop the clinic leadership team and wider workforce
- Champion patient experience, using insight and feedback to improve services
- Develop and strengthen referral pathways across NHS, private, and insured channels
- Identify and deliver business growth and commercial opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with HFEA, CQC, and all governance and safety standards
- Promote a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and organisational values
About You
We are looking for a confident, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
You will be:
- An experienced leader within healthcare or a regulated environment
- Commercially aware, with strong experience managing budgets, performance, and KPIs
- Skilled in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
- Knowledgeable in governance and regulatory frameworks (e.g. HFEA, CQC)
- A strong communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and continuous improvement
Working Pattern
- Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Core working days: Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturday working may be required
