We are now looking for a Group Statutory Reporting, Audit and Treasury Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Group Statutory Reporting, Audit and Treasury Manager, you will oversee all financial operations across the organisation, ensuring the group’s financial integrity and regulatory compliance. Specifically, you will prepare timely statutory financial statements for the group and its subsidiaries, liaise with auditors, develop financial reporting policies and drive accuracy across all statutory returns.
Additionally, you will:
- Maintain group tax compliance and manage complex domestic and international tax matters
- Co-ordinate internal audits to identify risks and uphold strong financial controls
- Oversee the implementation of financial reporting and compliance updates
- Manage the group’s treasury function, ensuring liquidity and financial risk management
- Deliver cash flow forecasting and analysis
- Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive reporting and audit preparation
About You
To be considered as a Group Statutory Reporting, Audit and Treasury Manager, you will need:
- To hold an ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
- At least four years’ post-qualification experience
- Experience preparing FRS 102 statutory accounts and managing audits
- Proven experience working with external auditors
- A solid understanding of regulatory compliance and financial control frameworks
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
