We are seeking a Remedial Quotation Administrator to take responsibility for the creation, maintenance, analysis and timely delivery of quotations across our accounts and customer base. This role plays a key part in proactively engaging with account teams on programmes of work, supporting operational delivery and helping shape strategies that minimise risk, maximise opportunity and avoid disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within a team of Junior Estimators to price additional works arising from reactive and planned maintenance activities
  • Assist other estimators on larger tenders when required
  • Perform a high-volume estimating function on a day-to-day basis
  • Manage the quotation process from collation through to approval, resolving queries with the Quotations Team and Clients
  • Deliver accurate financial submissions for individual quotations
  • Contribute to risk assessments, ensuring all risks are identified, recorded and included within tenders and quotes
  • Track and report on quotations issued and manage them through to conversion of additional works
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships within areas of responsibility

  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven approach
  • Good estimating experience
  • Knowledge of NSR (National Schedule of Rates)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of accounting and financial concepts
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
