Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account Manager in overseeing private patient services and daily operations.
- Manage staff performance, coaching, training and development to maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, presentation and confidentiality across all service areas.
- Deliver high-quality food services, considering individual patient dietary needs.
- Produce monthly performance reports and contribute to management meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality, efficiency and compliance with policies.
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients, visitors and staff.
- Uphold company standards relating to uniform, appearance and professional conduct.
