We are seeking to appoint an Events fundraiser to join our Challenge and Virtual Events Team as our Events Fundraising Officer. Our Challenge Events programme includes running, trekking and cycling events. We are looking for someone with a passion for events and a thirst for learning to help us deliver our third-party events calendar, including the Great North Run, Cardiff Half Marathon and London Landmarks. You will also help to shape our corporate challenge event programme and bespoke and owned portfolio of partnered events.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of third-party Challenge Events and manage relationships with event partners.
- Help to shape and develop the corporate challenge event programme and our bespoke/owned portfolio of partnered events.
- Assist in marketing and recruiting fundraisers for events.
- Provide high-level stewardship to event participants.
- Apply strong project management to aid event delivery and coordinate multiple activities and deadlines.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to achieve mutual goals.
