In this role, you will lead a dedicated team in providing therapeutic and person-centred care for children and young people with Learning Disabilities and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties.
The successful candidate will have experience in children's residential services, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management, and a passion for positively impacting young lives.
