This isn't just another care job. It's an opportunity to be part of a team that believes every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion and respect. We're looking for Healthcare Assistants who don't simply complete tasks—they build trust, create meaningful moments and help people live happier, safer and more independent lives. If you believe kindness is a strength, professionalism matters, and every interaction counts, we'd love to meet you.

At Care Dynamics, we know that outstanding care starts with outstanding people. We don't see our carers as "staff." We see them as the heart of our organisation. That's why we invest in our people, celebrate great work, and create a culture where you're respected, supported and encouraged to grow. Because when our team thrives, the people we support receive the exceptional care they deserve.

You'll never be treated as just another number. You'll work with a management team that listens, supports and recognises the difference you make every day. Whether you're helping someone regain confidence after illness, supporting an older person to remain independent, or simply being the friendly face they look forward to seeing—you'll know your work truly matters. Every visit is an opportunity to change someone's day. Sometimes, even their life.

You'll provide compassionate, person-centred support in clients' homes or residential settings, helping them maintain independence and enjoy the best possible quality of life. Your role may include:

  • Personal care with dignity and respect
  • Supporting mobility and daily living activities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with medication following training
  • Preparing meals and light household support
  • Following personalised care plans
  • Recording care accurately using digital systems
  • Working collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals
  • Encouraging independence, choice and wellbeing

We care more about your values than your CV. You'll be someone who:

  • Treats every individual with kindness and dignity
  • Takes pride in delivering exceptional care
  • Is dependable, professional and compassionate
  • Understands the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality
  • Enjoys working both independently and within a supportive team
  • Wants to build a meaningful career—not simply find another job

Essential:

  • Minimum 6 months' UK care experience
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Comfortable using mobile apps or digital care records

Desirable but not essential:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

We believe great carers deserve great employers. That's why we offer:

  • Flexible working patterns that fit around your life
  • Competitive rates of pay
  • Paid induction and ongoing training
  • Career development opportunities
  • Referral bonus scheme
  • Friendly and supportive management
  • Recognition for outstanding performance
  • A positive workplace where you're genuinely valued
  • The opportunity to make a real difference every day

If you naturally put others first... If you believe kindness should never be rushed... If you want to work somewhere you'll be respected as much as the people you care for... Then we'd love to hear from you. Join a team where your compassion is appreciated, your contribution is recognised, and your career can grow. Apply today and become part of something that truly matters.

Please Note: We currently do not offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, so applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Work Location: In person.
