Leading a 60-bed care home supporting people with complex needs, you will take ownership of an ambitious transformation shaping the transition to a nursing-led model and driving the development of the service into a true Centre of Excellence. This is a role for a visible, values-led leader who can build high-performing teams, set clear expectations, and create a culture of accountability, pride, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in strengthening engagement, building trust, and embedding a positive culture as the service evolves.
