The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 Β£ per year.

Each day as a Care Assistant is different. You will assist with all aspects of personal care and support for the people we support within the setting.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake personal care duties as required to the relevant client group which will typically include toileting, washing and manual handling (including hoisting) and transfer.
  • Undertake domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Support the relevant client group in a way that maintains dignity and privacy.
  • Participate in the maintenance of essential record keeping, through brief written recording on individual client records.
  • Comply with Health and Safety requirements in respect of manual handling and transfer hoisting and the use of protective equipment to aid infection control.
  • You would be expected to work within the Gold Standards Framework.
