This is a full-time on-site role for a Care Assistant, located in South Wales. The Care Assistant will provide compassionate care and support to individuals, assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Qualifications

  • Knowledge and skills in Manual Handling and general Caregiving practices
  • Interpersonal and Communication skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships
  • Experience or training in Dementia Care, with a focus on empathy and understanding
  • Patience, reliability, and a genuine passion for providing excellent care
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans and instructions accurately
  • Previous experience as a care assistant is advantageous but not required
  • Relevant certifications or training in caregiving or healthcare is a plus
