We are currently looking to recruit a full time office Administrator to work within our busy expanding team in Carmarthen. This position requires you to work within the office and also to be on the community delivering hands on care as and when required.
The successful applicant must:
- Have strong administration skills
- Have the ability to work accurately with high attention to detail
- Have the ability to work under pressure and meet the demands of the business
- Be proficient in data entry
- Be able to prioritize and organize your workload
- Have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work effectively with team members and on their own, and be self-motivated and passionate about the care sector
- Be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Be part of the office on call back up on call structure on a weekly basis
Must have experience delivering hands on care as this is a requirement for the position. Position requires a DBS which the company will fund. Driver essential and requires access to your own vehicle.
