In this role, you'll work not only within your base Custody Suite but also across your designated region, supporting Police Custody Suites and the wider Force area. No previous forensic experience is required; full training will be provided, equipping you with the skills and confidence to succeed.

Main duties of the job

As a qualified nurse or paramedic, you can take your career in an exciting new direction supporting some of society's most vulnerable individuals within the criminal justice system. Working closely with Police teams in custody suites, you'll play a vital role in assessing and delivering expert care to detainees. Job responsibilities

£1000 bonus when completed 12 months service (£500 for PT). Full time - this entails fixed shift working in a team rota pattern of 4 shifts on and 4 days off: 06:45 to 19:00 for 2-day shifts followed by 2-night shifts of 18:45 to 07:00. Part time - this entails fixed shift working: 06:45 to 19:00 for day shifts and night shifts of 18:45 to 07:00, working in a team rota pattern of 2 day shifts on, 8 days off, 2 nights, 4 days off. Person Specification

Qualifications RN, RGN or (RMN with dual registration): 2 years post qualification - Band 5 minimum. Paramedic 2 years post qualification. Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in a patient-facing role within a relevant field: General Practice.
