Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Front End Developer to join our DevOps team at Care Control Systems in Tavistock, Devon. As a Junior Front End Developer, you will work alongside in-house software developers, graphic design artists, and QA teams to develop new and existing system modules.
Care Control is a fast-growing business specializing in the design, development, and delivery of digital software. We are a friendly and varied team based in Tavistock, working from a relaxed and informal office space.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting both the Design and Development teams to produce front-end code for multiple client-based projects.
- Delivering web and mobile experiences that look and perform superbly across all platforms.
- Working collaboratively with UX designers, developers, and client-side staff to interpret user requirements and create appropriate solutions.
- Maintaining the live service, keeping it reliable and secure through monitoring and active management of the production infrastructure.
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrable experience as a front-end developer, either personally or professionally.
- Experience working with version control systems, such as GIT, GitHub, and Visual Studio.
- Understanding of database-driven web development, including SQL and MySQL server.
- Ability to consume backend services (OpenAPI).
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills, with evidence of an organized and structured approach to work.
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- A self-learner, keen to learn and seek continuous improvement.
Job Type:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, permanent.
Remuneration:
Base Salary: £26,000-£30,000 per annum, company pension, bonus scheme, and holidays.

Qualifications:
