Experienced Support Workers Needed! Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection are looking for Experienced Support Workers to work for our clients in and around Calne! This is a Temporary Role, the shifts are ad hoc covering sickness and holiday for our clients. The Role Working for Care Connection as an Agency Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of care settings in the area! This particular service is ideally located to enable the service users to live close to their family homes, whilst still getting the specialised support they need. Split across seven self-contained flats, this service is specifically designed to meet a variety of needs. You will be supporting individuals with learning difficulties, physical disabilities, autism, and behaviours that may challenge. Set close to public transport routes and within walking distance of the town centre, this service is ideally situated to allow the service users to become part of the local community and enjoy all the benefits the town has to offer. Working for Care Connection you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in each individuals lives, whether you are assisting with personal care, helping them with their daily routines or assisting them to go shopping and access the community. You will support each individual in a person-centred way, following support plans to enable you to deliver high quality individualised support. You will promote choice as your number one priority, and you will support each individual to achieve their dreams and be as independent as possible. Why choose Care Connection?
