You will have
- ✔ At least 6 months' experience in home care and/or residential care
- ✔ A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals
- ✔ Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

- ✔ A willingness to learn and develop specialist clinical skills
Previous experience with PEGs, tracheostomies or home ventilation is desirable but not essential.
