In order to be considered you must have experience in all of the below as a minimum:
- 2 Years experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
- A calm and approachable manner
- Be willing to participate in activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Precise record keeping
- Personal Care and hygiene
- Meal Preparation
- Moving and handling
- Buckle Training and or certificated awareness
- Nappi Level 2 or PMVA training up to date
- A clear DBS
