We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to support children aged 12-16 years in a residential environment. You would need experience and skill with engaging children with challenging behaviours, teaching them independent life skills in preparation for adulthood. You would be providing emotional support, helping them with their access to the community and engendering healthy values to give them confidence in their place in the world.
