We are recruiting for experienced Senior Health Care Assistants. These positions are available immediately for the correct candidates. We are looking for dedicated, hard-working Seniors that can effectively run a team of HCAs, take responsibility for the management of the floor and Service Users whilst on shift, and take responsibility for any decisions that need to be made on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the facility.
You will work with the Manager & Deputies to help ensure the quality of life, well-being and safety of the Service Users, appropriately order and distribute medication, and get involved with the day-to-day running of the care home.
