Care Connection Partners are recruiting on behalf of My Caring Ltd. We are looking for staff in the following areas: Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, Selby & Scarborough. You MUST have experience in complex care. £15 per hour for the right candidate!

Experience with PEG feeding, tracheostomy management, home ventilation, and management of complex conditions is highly preferred. Training provided. Part time and full time available. Drivers preferred.

We are a provider of excellent complex home care within Hull, East Riding, York and North Yorkshire. Our company seeks experienced professionals to join our growing team of Complex Home Care workers. The care worker will be responsible for providing a range of healthcare to service users, including:

  • Administering medications
  • Managing complex conditions
  • Emergency life support
  • Assisting with hygiene-related tasks

A Healthcare Assistant works with a team of health and social care professionals and families in order to provide high level services to clients. The successful candidate will have a desire to help others, be open to working within a diverse environment, enjoy working with people and have a strong work ethic.

In this role you will be required to:

  • Administer medication and treatments
  • Provide personal care
  • Follow detailed support plans and risk assessments
  • Manage complex conditions safely with good clinical skills
  • Undertake any mandatory and role specific training required
  • Work alongside team leaders as required
  • Communicate with health and social care professionals
  • Assist in rehabilitation programs
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Complete contemporaneous and accurate documentation as required

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience (1 year preferred) in Complex, Home and/or Residential care. Experience with children as well as adults is preferred but not always necessary.
