We are recruiting for experienced Senior Care Assistants for temp-perm positions on behalf of our client, a 5 star residential home in Lincoln, LN5. They are looking for both DAY and NIGHT Seniors. These positions are available immediately for the correct candidates.
You would register with Care Connection Partners for an eight week probationary period, upon successful completion of which you would then move over to our client as a permanent employee.
Full time rota (minimum 33hrs per week).
We are looking for dedicated, hard-working Seniors that can effectively run a team of HCAs, take responsibility for the management of the floor and Service Users whilst on shift, and take responsibility for any decisions that need to be made on a daily/nightly basis to ensure the smooth running of the facility.
