As such we are looking for the best of the best in terms of both agency and permanent staffing. Requirements:

  • 2 Years experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
  • A calm and approachable manner
  • Be willing to participate in activities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Precise record keeping
  • Personal Care and hygiene
  • Meal Preparation
  • Moving and handling
  • Buckle Training and/or certificated awareness
  • Nappi Level 2 or PMVA training up to date
  • A clear DBS

  • You should enjoy your work and have a can-do attitude with a bright and approachable nature.
  • You should have empathy with people and an adaptable approach to your chosen career.
  • You will be able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenging times and always find solutions through combined working and shared ethos.
  • Reliability is key. You will be working with individuals who require continuity and a high quality of support, and as such we require all staff to be 15 minutes to shift and to present themselves in a clean and appropriate manner.
