Requirements:
- 2 Years experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
- A calm and approachable manner
- Be willing to participate in activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Precise record keeping
- Personal Care and hygiene
- Meal Preparation
- Moving and handling
- Buckle Training and/or certificated awareness
- Nappi Level 2 or PMVA training up to date
- A clear DBS

- You should have empathy with people and an adaptable approach to your chosen career.
- You will be able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenging times and always find solutions through combined working and shared ethos.
- Reliability is key. You will be working with individuals who require continuity and a high quality of support, and as such we require all staff to be 15 minutes to shift and to present themselves in a clean and appropriate manner.
