We are actively recruiting Care Assistants and Support Workers in the Chorley area to support a new client! We are professional, customer‑centric, engaging, and our goal is to be a healthcare recruitment service that can make a real difference by supporting Managers with reassuring staff replacements/cover for short & long‑term shifts using a partnering approach. We are a local service, happy to provide bespoke solutions if needed.
We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers to join our team.
ResponsibilitiesThese roles will be ongoing, with varying hours between 8 and 12 per shift. We will have days, nights and weekends available.
Requirements- All mandatory training in date
- Minimum 6 months experience in a care environment in the UK
- Clear English-language communication skills
- Wealth of experience placing staff in care homes and facilities
- Partnering approach working with both staff and clients to ensure the best fit for the roles available
